These Terms &amp; Conditions are designed to ensure a safe, well-organised, and successful event for all participants and attendees. Please read them carefully before submitting your application.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1 General Conditions (Applies to ALL Stallholders)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.1 Agreement &amp; Application<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These Terms &amp; Conditions apply to all stallholders and form a binding agreement between the <strong>stallholder<\/strong> and <strong>Chattogram Club Australia Inc.<\/strong> (the <strong>organiser<\/strong>).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Each stallholder must submit a completed application form with accurate and up-to-date information, including:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Contact details<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Description of goods\/services<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Equipment and electrical requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant certifications (if applicable)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.2 Stall Approval<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stall applications are subject to approval and may be accepted or declined at the organiser\u2019s discretion.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Submission of an application does not guarantee a stall allocation until confirmation is issued.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Incomplete applications or missing documents may result in rejection.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.3 Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Full payment is required after the application is accepted and or approved.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Payments must be made via approved methods (e.g. bank transfer or online payment).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Applications without payment will not be processed.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.4 Stall Allocation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stalls are generally allocated on a <strong>first-come, first-served basis<\/strong>, subject to event layout and operational requirements.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The organiser reserves the right to allocate stall locations based on logistics, utilities, and product categories.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stall allocations are final and non-transferable without prior written approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.5 Cancellation &amp; Refunds<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Cancellations must be made in writing.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Refunds will be processed based on the following notice periods:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>28 days or more before the event: Full refund minus $50 administration fee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>14\u201327 days before the event: 50% refund of the stall fee<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Less than 14 days before the event: No refund<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No refunds will be issued for failure to attend on the event day.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The organiser is not liable to provide refunds in the event of cancellation due to extreme weather, emergency, or other unforeseen circumstances.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days after the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.6 Insurance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stallholders must hold valid <strong>public liability insurance (minimum $10 million coverage)<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Proof of insurance must be provided prior to event approval.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stallholders operate at their own risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.7 Stall Setup &amp; Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stallholders must:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Set up and pack down within allocated times<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Operate only within their designated space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow all instructions from event organisers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vehicles are not permitted in stall areas during public hours.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.8 Equipment &amp; Safety<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stallholders must bring their own equipment, including extension leads, and appliances (unless otherwise specified).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All electrical equipment must be <strong>tested and tagged<\/strong> in accordance with Australian standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safe operation of all equipment is the responsibility of the stallholder.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.9 Food Stall Inclusions (Provided by Organiser)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.9.1 Small Food Stall (Fete Cover):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Small fete cover space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 x table<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 x chairs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.9.2 Large Food Stall (Fete Cover):<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Large fete cover space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 x tables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 x chairs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.9.3 Food Van Stall:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 x allocated vehicle space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Access to power (if pre-booked and approved)<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Must be fully self-contained with compliant cooking and safety setup<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.10 Exhibition Stall Inclusions (Non-Food \/ Retail \/ Community)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.10.1 Small Exhibition Stall:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 x allocated stall space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1 x table<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 x chairs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.10.2 Large Exhibition Stall:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>1 x larger allocated stall space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 x tables<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>2 x chairs<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Power points<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Lights<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.11 Additional Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stallholders must bring their own heavy-duty extension leads (minimum 20\u201330m recommended).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All electrical and cooking equipment must be suitable for outdoor use and comply with Australian standards.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Any additional power or equipment requirements must be declared in the application and approved in advance.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Food vans must comply with all relevant vehicle, gas, and fire safety regulations, including having appropriate fire safety equipment.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.12 Products &amp; Services<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only approved items listed in the application may be sold or displayed.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The organiser reserves the right to prohibit or remove any unsuitable or unsafe items.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Hazardous, offensive, or illegal items are strictly prohibited.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.13 Food Stall Requirements (if applicable)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Food vendors must comply with:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NSW food safety regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Local council requirements<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Safe food handling practices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Relevant certifications (e.g. Food Safety Supervisor) must be provided.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stall inspections may occur during the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.14 Cleanliness &amp; Waste Management<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stallholders are responsible for maintaining cleanliness throughout the event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All waste must be disposed of appropriately.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stall areas must be left clean and in original condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.15 Compliance &amp; Conduct<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Stallholders must comply with all applicable laws, safety standards, and event rules.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Behaviour must be respectful and appropriate for a family-friendly community event.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The organiser reserves the right to remove any stallholder for non-compliance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.16 Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The organiser is not responsible for:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Loss, theft, or damage of goods<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Financial losses or low sales<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Participation is at the stallholder\u2019s own risk.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.17 Indemnity<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Stallholders agree to indemnify and hold harmless <strong>Chattogram Club Australia Inc.<\/strong> against any claims, damages, or losses arising from their participation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.18 Photography &amp; Promotion<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The organiser may take photos\/videos of stalls for promotional purposes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.19 General<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>These Terms &amp; Conditions are governed by the laws of <strong>New South Wales, Australia<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The organiser reserves the right to amend these terms if required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.20 Stall Operations<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Operate within your allocated space<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No loud or disruptive behaviour<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Follow directions from event staff<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.21 Bump-in &amp; Bump-out<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bump-in (Setup)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Date: 10 October 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After 08:00 PM<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All vehicles must exit before gates open<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Bump-out (Pack Down)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Date: 11 October 2026<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>After 10:00 PM only<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>No vehicle movement during event hours<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>1.22 Parking<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Free parking available for stallholders and attendees<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2 Food Stallholders (Additional Requirements)<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.1 Food Safety Compliance<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must comply with:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>NSW Food Authority guidelines<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Local council regulations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Australia New Zealand Food Standards Code<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>A valid <strong>Food Safety Supervisor (FSS)<\/strong> certificate is required.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.2 Registration &amp; Approvals<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Food businesses must be registered\/notify relevant authorities where required.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Copies of all relevant permits must be submitted before approval.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.3 Food Handling &amp; Hygiene<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Maintain strict hygiene standards:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Use gloves\/utensils<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Provide handwashing or sanitising facilities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Protect food from contamination<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Food must be stored at safe temperatures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.4 Stall Setup Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Must provide:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Appropriate food preparation surfaces<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Covered display areas<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Waste disposal containers<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Fire safety equipment is mandatory (e.g. fire extinguisher, fire blanket).<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.5 Equipment &amp; Utilities<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Only approved equipment may be used.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Electrical items must be tested and tagged.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Gas appliances must comply with safety standards.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.6 Menu &amp; Pricing<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Clearly display:\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Menu items<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prices<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only approved items listed in the application may be sold.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.7 Waste &amp; Cleanliness<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Keep stall clean at all times.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Dispose of food waste safely and regularly.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Stall must be left clean at the end of the event.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>2.8 Inspections<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Food stalls may be inspected at any time.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Non-compliance may result in immediate closure without refund.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3.
